Yulizar Fadli lahir di Lampung Timur, 24 Juli 1986. Alumnus Universitas Lampung, Program Studi Bahasa Inggris. Karyanya berupa Cerpen dan cerita anak dimuat di Lampung Post, Koran Sindo, dan Jurnal Nasional. Dua cerpennya termaktub dalam antologi bersama. Diberi judul “Kawin Massal”, Januari 2012. Sehari-hari bergiat di Komunitas Berkat Yakin Lampung.
