Before joining the Koalisi Seni in 2019, Dhina worked as a Finance Staff at Plan International for the Wired for Work project under the YEE (Youth Economic Empowerment) program. With a background in the Finance Innovation and Resilience training supported by the Ford Foundation in 2020-2021, Dhina sought to deepen her knowledge of financial strategies by continuing her studies in the Master of Management program at Paramadina University.
