With an interest in human rights and environmental issues, after obtaining a Bachelor of Law degree from Airlangga University in Surabaya, Lala embarked on her career journey in two non-profit organizations, namely WWF Indonesia Foundation and the Institute for Criminal Justice Reform (ICJR). For her, art and life are inseparable. Javanese dance was the first dance she learned while still in school. Currently, Lala is immersed in classical Balinese dance in the Peliatan style at Lestari Ayubulan Omah Wulangreh (can be glimpsed on Instagram @riestaaaaaa). These two aspects are the foundation for Lala to join Koalisi Seni as a Personnel and Partnership Staff. For Lala, pursuing a career and engaging in art can go hand in hand within Koalisi Seni.
